Selling the view

Some of our developer clients are keen to sell the view from their premium apartments from day 1. These can either be incorporated as a backdrop into apartment CGI's or used on their own as a selling point to the development. In this instance we have captured the penthouse view for a development at Creekside in Deptford, an area that is becoming synonymous with cafe culture and luxury residential apartments a stone's throw from Greenwich and Canary Wharf. We calibrated our aircraft to fly to a datum that matched the living room floor of the uppermost apartments to create a realistic representation of the view both by day and at sunset.
